This would start with the confirmation of the organisation’s mission, vision and customer value propositions.

AzmiAssociates would carry out a study of the current industry and market trends and a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis of the organisation. From this AzmiAssociates would construct a strategy map, being a visual simplification of the overall strategic plan and a top level scorecard. Key to this is the confirmation of the strategic objectives, measures to assess the level of achievement of these objectives, and the initiatives, or action plans to achieve these objectives.

Having prioritised the key measures (both financial and non-financial), AzmiAssociates would then assist with the finalisation of the format of the strategy and performance reports. Linkage with the budget, forecast and compensation process would also be evaluated.
